These very large high-end earrings are cultured, matched, white, freshwater mabe pearls, 16mm in diameter. The shape is round and hemispherical. Match and luster are excellent. The clasp/setting is leverback style, all 14k gold.

Mabe pearls form and grow on the inside surface of the mollusk's shell itself; hence they grow half-round or hemispherical in shape; they are large and perfect for fashioning striking earrings or rings. These pearls were selected in and hand carried from China. The earrings are packaged in an attractive gift box.
