| These are large white cultured freshwater pearls, round to near round, beautifully matched and with excellent luster, visible in the photos. The strand is double-knotted, 18 in. in length, including clasp. It is very slightly graduated, the pearls 7-7.5mm in diameter. The strand is attached to the clasp with a "French twist" - a coiled 14k wire which is stylish and improves on wear and tear. The clasp is also large, suitable for the size/weight of the necklace, a yellow gold 14k, 9mm, round filigree style, with safety catch.
