Pearls are round to near round, black or black with bluish and/or peackock overtones, good luster, 5.5 - 6.0 mm in size, graduated very slightly from clasp to center. Pearls individually double-knotted on a nylon strand. These black pearls are color-enhanced by a radiation process (All black/black freshwater pearls are color enhanced ... As opposed to Tahitian black sea pearls, for example.) The clasp is a 14k gold ovoid filigree style with safety catch. Strand attached to clasp by a "French twist", a coiled gold wire, stylish and saves on wear and tear.
